“The earthy tones within the living room contribute to this aesthetic with the use of different material finishes, such as rattan gold metals, a patterned rug, and Moroccan artwork.
“In the main bedroom, we created an instant impact with a deep claret painted panel on the bed head wall, and used dual artwork as a headboard. In the other bedrooms, colour blocking in the guest room and a tasteful girl’s bedroom complete the home.”
The two properties both provide different styles of living and can appeal to different buyers. Whilst the Ennerdale is a two storey, three bedroom home, the Kingsville is a three storey, four bedroom home, which ensures a wide range of house hunters are catered for.
Suzanne continued: “The Kingsville show home was designed in a classic modern style – it’s ‘Instagrammable’ and aspirational, yet achievable. We wanted it to have on-trend elements throughout the property which would be attainable for most potential purchasers if they wished.
The fretwork leaf artwork in the kitchen and dining room area helps zone the spaces and add interest to the painted walls. The living room is my favourite room with the framework panelling combining with the colour blocking and large dramatic artwork.
“To finish off the home, the boy’s bedroom on the top floor features a hand-painted mural to provide a nod to the local area.”
