Leading housing association Bromford has crowned the winner of its Christmas card competition, which saw schoolchildren of The Howard Primary School in Tamworth draw their very own Christmas card designs.
The team at Bromford received a variety of excellent entries from the pupils, and selected seven-year-old Toby Medina-Greenway as the winner.
For his prize, Toby was awarded a £25 Love2Shop voucher and had his design printed on 50 Christmas cards.
Rachel Mills, Headteacher at Howard Primary School, said: “We are very proud of Toby. Toby is a superb artist who enjoys all aspects of art. I know that he had worked extremely hard and was quite meticulous when he designed his card so it is well deserved. As a school we offer a broad and balanced curriculum and encourage the children to excel in all areas.”
Catherine Jarrett, Director of Sales and Marketing at Bromford, said: “We are thrilled to have crowned Toby as the winner of our Christmas card competition. We absolutely adored his design, and we hope that he’s just as happy with the cards as we are!
“I’d like to thank all of the schoolchildren who participated, all of the entries were wonderful and it was very challenging to pick just one winner!
“At Bromford, collaborating with communities, organisations and schools nearby where we operate is very important to us. As well as providing much needed affordable housing for local people, we strive to work with local communities wherever possible, creating thriving new places and leaving behind a lasting legacy.”
