Birmingham-based Reynaers Aluminium Ltd, the leading supplier of sustainable aluminium solutions, has signed up as an event partner for The Glazing Summit 2019.

The summit, which takes place on September 12th at Birmingham’s Edgbaston Stadium and Conference Centre, will bring together professionals from the window, door and conservatory industry.

Business owners, directors and senior management from across the entire supply chain will be gathering to discuss the issues facing the sector today, with key-note speakers and expert led discussions. At 10am, Reynaers Director of Technical Services John McComb will be taking part in an expert-led discussion on sustainability, recycling and how the industry can address the growing public backlash against plastics.

Reynaers Managing Director Richard Hall comments: “We are delighted to be partnering with The Glazing Summit this year. It’s an incredibly important event in the industry’s calendar which we strongly believe in supporting.

“As a sector, we’re currently facing a variety of challenges, including sustainability, an industry-wide skills shortage, and the uncertainty caused by Brexit. The Glazing Summit is the perfect forum to get together to discuss how to address these challenges effectively.”

Andrew Scott, founder of the Glazing Summit and CEO of glazing industry specialists Insight Data and Purplex Marketing, said: “Momentum is really gathering pace as we approach the Glazing Summit and we are thrilled with the response from the industry to this year’s event.

“As one of the leading aluminium systems companies, we are delighted to welcome Reynaers on board and are looking forward to partnering with them for the Glazing Summit.”
