Leading housebuilder David Wilson Homes has sponsored South Redditch Eagles Football Club’s training kits for the new year.
Set up six years ago, the Worcestershire club is all set to break out their new tracksuits, after receiving the contribution from the housebuilder. Supporting children from age five and up, the team participates in a local under-12’s league.
Adam Kilgallen, Manager of the U12’s at South Redditch Eagles FC, said: “We’re really excited about David Wilson Homes sponsoring our training kits. It gives the boys a sense of togetherness at training and such a big organisation really helps to put South Redditch Eagles on the map.
“Most of our players have been here since the club was founded six years ago and it’s great to see them looking so professional. The club brings fantastic and open-minded coaching to the local area and, if you’re interested in joining, then please get in touch.”
Typical training sessions are held on Mondays in Redditch and on Thursdays in nearby Studley, and the club plays around eight games per month.
Dominic Harman, Managing Director at David Wilson Homes Mercia, said: “We are thrilled to be the sponsor of South Redditch Eagles FC’s new training kit.
“We are committed to creating a positive impact on the surrounding areas in which we build and are pleased to have been able to contribute to help the club continue to provide the local community with a chance to play football in a safe environment and make new friends.”
