“I relish the location of my home on the development. Set on a no-through road, it just makes it the perfect place for me and once the screen of trees and shrubbery grow, I’ll have a great view at the front of my home.”

Sonia was able to afford her home through the equity from selling her previous property and felt very positive throughout the buying experience.
