Sonia Fleming, a Programme Manager, made the move from a four bedroom home in Bromley, Kent to a three bedroom Hadley style home at Heritage Grange in Upper Lighthorne, after she wanted to downsize and attain affordable mortgage payments.

“The double fronted aspect is new to me; I like how it feels and it creates a satisfying presence aesthetically. The semi detached element is well thought out too as it offers privacy in two of the bedrooms and I don’t hear my neighbours.
“I relish the location of my home on the development. Set on a no-through road, it just makes it the perfect place for me and once the screen of trees and shrubbery grow, I’ll have a great view at the front of my home.”
Sonia was able to afford her home through the equity from selling her previous property and felt very positive throughout the buying experience.
Sonia continued: “The purchasing experience was amazing. I was kept informed at every stage of the process and the sales team went above and beyond to support me.
“I called the sales team for advice and they invited me to the office to walk me through the process step by step which I was then able to complete in a matter of hours.
