Miller Homes Midlands is investing over £1.5 million into a Warwickshire community as part of its latest development in Bidford-on-Avon.

Comprising of 200 energy-efficient properties, work has now commenced at the Kings Meadow development on Waterloo Road, with the leading housebuilder’s contribution supporting a number of local initiatives.

Over £340,000 is being ploughed into local education services, including donations to Bidford Primary School and Willow Tree Nursery.

Additional funds have also been invested in healthcare and the creation of open spaces in the area. This includes a contribution to South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust that will serve the development.

Additionally, further funds will go towards building a new bus stop close to Waterloo Road roundabout, a footpath linking Kings Meadow to the neighbouring Friday Furlong neighbourhood, and a donation to the local library.
