A young couple now have room for their family tree to branch out after purchasing their first home together in Bishop’s Itchington with David Wilson Homes.

Henna Patel (27) and Jagdeep Singh (29), a Site Manager and a Project Manager respectively, previously lived with their parents before deciding to secure a home of their own at The Willows at Bishop’s Hill on Station Road to celebrate their engagement.

With the dream of starting their own family, finding the perfect space for their future was a key part in their journey.

Jagdeep said: “We wanted our first home ready for us to move into as soon as we’re married. When visiting the show homes we were blown away with the quality; from appliances to structure to the service we received.

“We are so excited to drive through all of the surrounding fields, turn into our street and enter our brand new home for the first time.”

The young couple, from Slough and Birmingham originally, bought their home off-plan and moved in in November 2021, following their wedding. One of the driving forces behind this decision was the stellar care and attention they received from the on-site Sales Advisers.

Jagdeep continued: “The Sales Advisers, Darcy and Jacquie, made the journey very enjoyable. We felt very well looked after and knowing we have a 10 year structural agreement made us feel very reassured moving forward.

“Some of our friends and family have already booked their own appointments with David Wilson Homes from our recommendation.”

The couple bought a three storey, three bedroom Kennett style property. Although it features a spacious lounge, an open-plan kitchen and diner with double doors leading to the rear garden and two double bedrooms on the first floor, it is one element in particular that caught the couple’s eyes.

Henna said: “The top bedroom was very spacious and was exactly what we needed. There’s enough room around the house so we don’t need any loft storage.

“This is the perfect home for us in a very sought-after area and we already feel like we belong in the community here.”

Outside of the quaint village setting of The Willows at Bishop’s Hill, there is a vast array of nearby areas ready to be explored. All of their practical needs are available just down the road in the scenic market town of Southam, whilst Leamington, Banbury and Stratford are within close proximity too.

Bishop’s Hill currently has one bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom homes available from £190,000, and has properties ready to move into for Christmas. A number of moving schemes are available at the development, including Help to Buy, Deposit Unlock and the Key Worker Deposit Contribution; all of which are designed to make property ladder progression a breeze.
