A UK housebuilder has launched its latest development of new homes in Birmingham and is holding a first-time buyer event this weekend.

Perry Park View at Perry Barr is a collection of 138 homes being built less than 4 miles from Birmingham city centre.

This weekend’s event will showcase the development’s stunning range of 3 bedroomed properties and show how easy it is for first time buyers to get on the property ladder.

A selection of houses is currently for sale at the development, including the Hanbury, a 3-bed semi, is available from just £210,000; the 3-bed, 3-storey mid-terrace Sutton from just £215,000; and the 3-bed detached Chatsworth available from £245,000.

The development will include 75 one and two-bed apartments, 18 of which will be affordable, and will be released for sale later in the year.

This weekend’s first-time buyer event runs from 10am until 5pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

Perry Park View is named after Perry Park which is just a short walk away and home to Alexander Stadium which will be hosting not only the athletic events, but also the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
