Oven valeting firm, Ovenu Lichfield, has received the highest possible honour in the inaugural Trustist awards which recognises outstanding customer service.
The business, run by Julie Anson-Boynton, picked up a gold award after attracting a clean sweep of almost 200 maximum five-star reviews on the online customer ratings platform.
For Julie, from Clayhanger, who established the business in 2018, the accolade reflects her own high standards and attention to detail.
She said: “The business is founded on delivering a great service and there is no higher praise than from those who matter most, my clients.
“It’s an honour that this has been recognised by Trustist in its Top Performing Franchisee category, and I’m proud to have received a gold rating.”
Before joining Ovenu, Julie had a successful career in sales and latterly worked as a manager in the construction industry, working on projects across the UK.
She added: “I’d really like to say a big thank you to my clients because without their positive feedback, I wouldn’t have won this award.”
Nigel Apperley, chief executive of Trustist, said: “It is important to recognise that individual franchisees like Julie play a huge part in building a good reputation for an overall brand.”
Rik Hellewell, the founder and managing director of Ovenu, added: “Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance.
“These awards are testament to the fact that Julie provides a service that people trust, and I’m proud of the top-class work and excellent customer service she delivers on a daily basis. These awards are confirmation of that.”
Ovenu Lichfield continues to accept bookings at its discretion, with the strict stipulation that both parties observe the two-metre social distancing rule, along with guidelines on hygiene and cleanliness.
As well as Lichfield, Julie also covers Walsall Wood, Burntwood, Hilliard’s Cross, Croxall, Whittington and surrounding areas.
The Ovenu valeting process involves dismantling key components of an oven such as the door, interior panels, fan, and shelves and placing them into design-registered tank equipment, which uses safe, non-caustic products to clean the oven parts. The whole process takes around three to four hours and leaves the oven, hob, and exterior in near showroom condition.
