Varsity reopened its doors in April following a £200,000 transformation to make it the ultimate hang-out for friends and families to meet, mingle and chill in Coventry.
Situated on Gibbet Hill Road, the venue has been given a full makeover and now boasts a soft, contemporary design that creates a welcoming and informal space, appealing to young professionals as well as students. With a rustic charm and homely atmosphere, the pub is perfect for any occasion, from morning catch-ups over coffee to weekend lunches and evening cocktails.
Varsity’s new menu ranges from all-day breakfast and hand-stretched pizzas to British classics such as pies and traditional Sunday roasts. They also offer a great selection of craft beers and cask ales as well as a range of adventurous, infused spirits and delicious cocktails.
General Managers Rachel and Sean said: “We’ve been managing Varsity for 17 years and can’t wait to relaunch the venue to the people of Coventry. Not only is the new look amazing, our new menu offers a great range of food and drink and we’re so excited to welcome both new and existing customers to come and discover it for themselves.”
